How do your shop drops work?

As I'm unable to physically meet the demand for my products I typically release products in drops. This means that at a specified time my products will update ("go live") and be available for purchase. Once they sell out they won't be available again until my next drop so it's usually best to get there early and check out fast.

What is a "preorder"?

If a product is labeled as a preorder it means that the item will have a longer than usual production time and won't ship for a few weeks to a few months. The estimated production time will be listed in the product description. This is much easier for me because it ensures I have the funds to buy materials before I start production. Just a reminder that I make all of my 3D products by hand so it can take a while for me to complete them all.

Why do all of your products say "Sold Out"?

I keep my products up on my website so you can see the product listing before the actual drop date. I know drop days can hectic and I want the checkout process to be as smooth as possible for you. This way allows you to scope out the product before deciding to buy.

I also wouldn't want to take them down because it allows new people to see some of my past products! I'm hoping to eventually be able to have prints and stickers up 24/7.

How will I know when you're restocking?

I always announce restocks on my social media! I also send an email out to subscribers so be sure to sign up.


I placed an order for a preorder item, how can I keep up to date on what's happening in production?

I post frequent production updates on my website! If you're ever curious where I am in production you can go to the same page you originally purchased the item from, scroll down a bit, and you will see a list of updates with the dates they were posted.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

I'm so sorry about that! I do my best to thoroughly wrap each order to prevent damage during transit but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged please send me an email at shopambrosiaandhoney@gmail.com. In the email please include your order number and photos of the damage so I can best assist you in receiving a new one.

I would like to return my order for a refund

If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to carrier issues.

Do you ship Internationally?

Absolutely! Please know that I do not set the shipping prices. I am aware they are stupid expensive (I'm so sorry about that) but they are calculated by the carrier depending on the size and weight of your package.

What countries do you ship to?

The current list of countries I'm able to ship to is as follows:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA.

Do I have to pay import and tax fees or do you?

If you are an international customer, please be aware that you may be subject to import tax fees upon the arrival of your package to your country. In the event that this happens, you are in charge of the extra costs.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders shipping to the United States usually take 3-5 business days whereas international orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2 months. I do not control this and it is entirely up to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation so you will be able to keep an eye on it.

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Email me at shopambrosiaandhoney@gmail.com! You can also use the contact form below. As long as I haven't printed your shipping label yet I can change it super easy. You will know I've printed your label once you receive the shipping confirmation email.
