Shipping policy

As we are a very small business run by one person, we must ask that you be patient as we pack and ship your order. 

Preorder shipping timelines are written on each product listing under the "Shipping" tab and are subject to change.

After the products are completed and ready to ship, all shipping labels are printed.

When your shipping label is printed you will receive an email notification with your shipping and tracking information. This may take 5-7 business days to update depending on the amount of orders that need to be packed.

The speed of shipping is determined by the carrier, not Ambrosia and Honey. If you have still not received your order after 30 days, please feel free to contact us through our email shopambrosiaandhoney@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to assist you!
