Welcome to the coven!
As an Apprentice member, you will receive a special envelope in your mailbox every month containing:
- One 5x7 signed and numbered print of an original magical landscape painting
- A letter from our newest initiate Aurelia telling you about her adventures that month
- A letter from the artist (me!) giving you behind the scenes details on my inspiration and creative process for this months painting.
Upgrade to Sage or Seer to also receive:
- The merit badge Aurelia receives from each sister coven she visits. These have a magnetic backing and are similar to Girl Scout patches
- A page from Aurelia’s notebook! This 5x7 print can contain anything from a home protection spell to a moon chart to a cookie recipe
- 1-2 extra letters, journey entries, or history book pages that delve farther into the Witch Lore.
- A bookmark with artwork unique to the month's theme
Each month’s letter will contain a different and unique theme, but each one is always guaranteed to contain a magical journey inside.
Whether it’s to seaside cliffs or a magical forest meadow, Aurelia will be taking you with her on her 12 month journey to learn spells, brew potions, engrave runes, and so much more! When the day comes for Aurelia to officially rejoin our coven, a new young witch will take her place and begin her journey
Artists note: Each month’s painting will be created by hand. The painting and letters will NEVER be created in any part with the use of AI. Every component of your letter is original and created from my hands and imagination.
FAQ
Which month's letter will I receive when I sign up?
You will receive the following month's letter
For example: If you subscribe in April, your first letter will arrive at the end of May.
If you would like the current or previous month's letter, there might be extras available in the Print Club archive!
Why do I receive the following month's letter when I sign up instead of the current month's?
I order each month's materials on the 1st of the month based on how many Print Club members I have at that time.
Depending on when you sign up for the Print Club, the content of the envelopes for the current month have already been ordered, packed, or shipped.
This means, for example, that it would not be possible for me to ship out May's envelopes to someone who subscribes in May because May's envelopes have already been prepped and/or shipped to those who were subscribed in April.
When will my letter ship / When will I receive my letter?
All mail is shipped by the 16th of each month
Letters typically arrive within 1 week in the US and within 1-3 weeks internationally, meaning your letter should arrive by the end of the month
What if my letter hasn't arrived yet?
If your letter hasn't arrived by the 16th of the following month, please email me and I will be happy to assist you.
For example: If you are waiting for your May envelope to arrive, please contact me if you have not received it by June 16th
Can I track my letter?
No, all envelopes are shipped with stamps to keep membership affordable, meaning there is no tracking available
What if my letter arrives damaged?
If your letter arrives damaged, please email shopambrosiaandhoney@gmail.com with a photograph of the damage and I would be happy to send you a replacement
When will I be charged every month?
You will be charged each month on the same day you signed up.
For example, if you originally signed up on April 12th, you will be charged on May 12th, June 12th, etc.
Can I cancel/renew my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel or renew your subscription at any time
