THIS IS AN IMPERFECT WINDOW - B grade windows have small flaws such as wood chips, print scuffs, misalignments, etc. All sales for B and C grade windows are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Shipping

This product will ship before December 17th, the deadline set by USPS for packages to arrive before Christmas.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order as well as a shipping email when your shipping label has been printed. This email will contain the tracking information for your package.

Once processed, US orders typically take 3-5 business days while International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month depending on the country. Please note that I do not have any control over shipping times! All orders have tracking numbers so you can keep an eye on it until it arrives.
